Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for NutaNXT’s AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Digital Engineering services.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified lead generation.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies, including executive branding, company page growth, employee advocacy, and paid campaigns.
  • Build thought leadership through blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, customer success stories, and industry content.
  • Own demand generation initiatives across digital channels to support business growth and sales pipeline.
  • Manage corporate communications, marketing collateral, newsletters, and external messaging.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to showcase NutaNXT’s culture and attract top technology talent.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Improve organic visibility through SEO best practices and manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, HR, Leadership, and Design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and business alignment.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within AI, Data, Analytics, Cloud, SaaS, or IT Services.
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and product/service positioning.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven performance marketing and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Marketing, personal branding, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Experience with demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Strong branding and corporate communication skills.
  • Experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
