The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks, and a passion for solving real-world problems using data.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and present actionable insights using data visualization techniques.
Build predictive models, classification models, and recommendation systems using machine learning algorithms.
Develop data pipelines and integrate data from SQL databases, Azure services, and RESTful APIs.
Work with large datasets stored in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and Azure Blob Storage.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and software development teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
Document models, methodologies, and findings while following best practices for reproducibility and governance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.

Required Skills

3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, and Matplotlib.
Experience building machine learning models using scikit-learn and/or TensorFlow.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, Azure SQL, and Azure Blob Storage.
Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Azure Data Services and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Knowledge of MLOps concepts and model deployment practices.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Azure Data Scientist Associate or related cloud/data certifications are a plus.
